When I listen back to songs I’ve written over the years, I don’t just hear the music.
I remember who I was.
Every song captures a version of me that existed only for that moment.
Some were written from hope.
Others from uncertainty.
Some arrived during seasons of change, while others were born from quiet moments when everything suddenly made sense.
That’s what I love most about songwriting.
A song becomes more than music.
It becomes a memory you can return to.
Whenever I hear one of my older tracks, I’m reminded not only of where I was, but of how far I’ve come.
Perhaps that’s why music has always felt so timeless to me.
Long after the moment has passed, the feeling is still there, waiting, exactly as it was.
Maybe that’s what every meaningful song really is.
Not just something to listen to…
but a place you can return to.
🤍 Some memories fade.
Music remembers.
With love,
Adrienn 💛
